Grand National Roadster Show: Crowd Pleasers
While there are hundreds of beautiful cars vying for attention at the Grand National Roadster Show, it's always easy to tell which ones are loved the most - just follow the crowds (and the photographers) and cars like these are what you'll be rewarded with:Curvacious fenders again? Yes, please. The sheen and depth of this sapphire blue color was to die for!The cutout below the hood - a superb detail that really made the look of this vehicle.I love the swooping angle of this grille. With such a low, wide stance, this hot rod has a fierce presence.Burgundy and orange - a rare and gorgeous combination on this unusual beauty.Bronzed and ready for a ride with the top down, the details on this hot rod were artfully executed.Every girl should have a wear drive-anywhere little black dress car, right? Thank goodness I picked this one. Stylish indeed. Some crowd pleasers were off the wall, like this pizza wagon. My delivery guy has never show up in one of these. If he did, I would have tipped him more than the cost of my pizza! This lowrider had serious detail, but the real yellow show stopper of the weekend was this behemouth:Taller than most anyone in the room, this vintage French race car transported us to a bygone era, and reminded us a of a car The Great Leslie might have driven across the country. I'm dying to see what else is in this guy's garage! There's still too much Grand National Roadster Show goodness to cover in one week, so we'll be back with more show cars next week!
