Whittier Area Classic Car Show 2/23/2013, Part 1

This past weekend featured the 2nd annual Whittier Area Classic Car Show, which has grown to an impressive showing in its past two years.  With a showing that catered to every type of hot rod enthusiast, this show did not disappoint...The outstanding attention to detail on this sixteen window VW bus drew quite a bit of attention.The addition of the ground-skimming skirt on this pickup gave the vehicle a sleek and impressive stance.The pearlescent sheen mixed into the paint on this classic flame job really turned up the heat on this classic hot rod.

The likes of this rare vintage racer is not usually seen at the average weekend car show, and was a huge hit with show goers.We'll be bringing you the second half of this show's eye-candy tomorrow, so stay tuned!
