Street Spot: The Big Spot
A regular feature here on The Daily Driver Project is the “Street Spot.” We love seeing vintage cars as daily drivers, out on the streets where they belong. When we see a vintage car worth sharing, we’ll post it as a Street Spot. Sometimes it will be a beauty, sometimes it will be a beater, but then again – even the beater cars are beautiful to us!So usually our street spot features one car we catch out in the wild. This time it is a few more. We caught these driving into the Grand National Roadster Show. These first three were caravanning in together. A classic Ford Galaxie convertible ...another convertible, this time a Caddy ...and to round out the trio one more Caddy rolling low.The pinstriping on this car was crazy. Notice how it follows the body lines, besides the giant pieces on the nose. There was ven a matching one on the trunk. The classic 50s Chevy truck is always a good one to spot. The details are fabulous in this one with red accents.A pair of hot rods in line for parking. The first a 34 Ford.Right behind the 34 Ford was a vintage T Bucket. We loved to see all the drivers rolling into the show, the fun is to see what people drive in.
