Street Spot: LS Packard

A regular feature here on The Daily Driver Project is the “Street Spot.” We love seeing vintage cars as daily drivers, out on the streets where they belong. When we see a vintage car worth sharing, we’ll post it as a Street Spot. Sometimes it will be a beauty, sometimes it will be a beater, but then again – even the beater cars are beautiful to us!
Friend of the blog Chris Davidson, the editor of Speed Boat Magazine, was roaming around Nevada and stumbled upon this 1938 Packard. It is an interesting combo of new and old. There is an LS stuffed between the frame rails and a modern steering wheel and AC has been added for comfort. Lucky for us Chris was rolling by while it was sitting outside.
