Street Spot: Late Night '27 RPU

A regular feature here on The Daily Driver Project is the “Street Spot.” We love seeing vintage cars as daily drivers, out on the streets where they belong. When we see a vintage car worth sharing, we’ll post it as a Street Spot. Sometimes it will be a beauty, sometimes it will be a beater, but then again – even the beater cars are beautiful to us!
So I'm out walking my neighborhood one night and stumbled upon this beauty. As I was taking pictures the owner walked up and he showed me all around this '27 Ford RPU. This beauty was originally a truck at 2 service stations in LA and still had the Texaco symbol on the door as well as the phone number. This thing just screamed history. It had a 4 banger under the hood and fired right up. This was one of the coolest spots I have had in a long time.
