Street Spot: Dead Body Hauler

A regular feature here on The Daily Driver Project is the “Street Spot.” We love seeing vintage cars as daily drivers, out on the streets where they belong. When we see a vintage car worth sharing, we’ll post it as a Street Spot. Sometimes it will be a beauty, sometimes it will be a beater, but then again – even the beater cars are beautiful to us!

I spotted this hearse while cruisin' home from a show. To complete the look, it even sports a coffin in the back. Wouldn't you like to be the guy at the mortuary who sold the coffin to this guy, just so this hearse owner could have this complete look?  Normally, a mortuary job would be, well... a downer.  But on the day this guy rolls in and says "I need a coffin for my vintage hearse..." - now that's a great day on the job!
