One Year Wonder: The Parklane

This week we'll be bringing you our superb finds from Fabulous Fords Forever, like this gorgeous vintage delight...Can you believe this beauty was only produced in 1956?  As Ford's answer to the Nomad, it targeted the same market but failed to sell as Ford expected.Thankfully, stunning examples like this one still exist today - they drive, and thrive, in today's world.We're pleased to see this Parklane in all its glory, and wish there were more out on the road today.  While most Parklanes didn't quite as many days in the sun as they may have deserved, we are thankful that this one still lives to tell the story of a two-door surfwagon in the modern age.There's more to come from Fabulous Fords Forever, stay tuned!
