Los Muertos Uptown

One of my favorite events. Yes, that says event because the Dia De Los Muertos Art & Music Festival is just that an event. It's more than a car show. It's filled with fantastic people walking around in Calavera makeup, wonderful vendors, amazing alters and fantastic cars. It takes place 2 blocks from my humble abode so getting there is easy and it's always a wonderful way to spend the day. They estimate that around 25,000 people will roll through this event. That is just a staggering number of people and is a testament to Casita del Pueblo, a local business, and their ability to put on this show because it grows every year.
