Let’s go racing! RPM Nationals 2023
I tell everyone I know who’s into old cars and digs racing about one of my favorite events, the wonderful RPM Nationals. It’s an annual event on the airstrip at Santa Margarita Ranch. It's just so cool to see these 4-bangers and flatheads scream down the airstrip with the drop of the flag. Yep, there is a flag girl staging and starting every pass of the competitors. Now it’s not just racing. There is an excellent car corral and swap meet. I spent 3 days on the ranch, from Friday to Sunday. This week will be a lot of photos from the event, and we will kick it off with some racing action.
