Jeff's Fun Run 2014
There's nothing better than heading out to a weekend fun run to see some serious hot rods, and Jeff's Fun Run gives us the opportunity each year to do so for a good cause - cancer research. This year, the run began at Ken Grody Ford in Buena Park and ended up at the very cool Chopit Kustoms in Stanton, CA.Stunning cars were everywhere, from this dreamy two-toned Vette...... to this clean-lined beautiful blue Ford F-100, which was filled with classy details. We loved the aqua interior on this Cadillac Sedan de Ville! This rod had just enough quirky details to keep us intrigued, including this drinking fountain spigot atop the radiator cap.
Killer pinstriping is what caught our attention on this truck, and with a closer look, we realized that it was chock-full of details. Is it just me, or are you in love with the sexy grille on this '40 too?Truly a one-of-a-kind, this tribute car to "Wild Willy Borch" is completely home-built for a total cost of $3,600, features 500+ HP, and tops out at over 130 mph! What better way to end the day than with TWO gorgeous Cadillacs? This day was filled with much more than just great hot rods - stay tuned later this week as we bring you a fascinating shop crash at Chopit Kustoms!
