In It to Win It: Drool-Worthy Car Show Awards

It's no secret that the Friends of Steve McQueen Car Show is quickly becoming one of our favorite events for SO many reasons, from stunning classics to military vehicles, to matching cars and trailers...and these AWESOME automotive awards.  Each unique award is made from vintage automotive parts.If you think the retro cars attracted attention, this table of automotive art certainly had its share of love from show goers like us.I'm already trying to figure out where I can add little automotive touches like this to our house.  I think I'll replace our bathroom mirror with a few well-placed side view mirrors.  More interesting, at least for the automotive nut, right?Pistons and hood ornaments and hubcaps, oh my!  Not only do we have many reasons to come back to next year's show, we also have serious motivation to enter a car or two!As always, there's more to come!  Stay tuned!
